This course will be conducted in English and by Prof. Karton from Canada and me.

We will focus on the following topics:
1. Formation of contract 2. Validity and enforceability of contract 3. Interpretation of contract 4. Standard form contract 5. Performance of contract 6. Breach and remedies for breach 7. Influence of foreign law on domestic scholarship and practice | ||||||||||||

Students are required to actively participate in discussing and introducing contract laws of their own countries. | ||||||||||||
